PAC Meetings

The PAC holds meetings once a month during the school year to discuss a variety of topics relating to Hastings Elementary. 

If you are a parent or guardian of a child at Hastings Elementary, you’re automatically a member of the PAC and invited to attend. Meetings are held in person at the school, and occasionally via Zoom.  Childcare is provided for evening meetings at the school. 

At each meeting:

• The Principal and Vice-Principal give a report to the PAC and are available to answer questions.
• The PAC Executive and Committees present updates on events and initiatives.
• Any votes involving the PAC take place during these monthly meetings and are voted on by all members of the PAC.

If you wish to speak about an issue or want to add something to the agenda, please contact the PAC Chair.
