PAC General Meeting – Weds Jan 24

Please join us in the school library on Weds Jan 24 from 6-8:30 pm.

On the agenda: the latest on the school from Principal Trevor Wrinch, votes on a variety of funding requests, and discussions about some of the things PAC would like to take action on, including the process of updating our Constitution.

Childcare is available for anyone who needs it.

Poinsettias Are Coming!

The famous Hastings PAC poinsettia sale is back!!! These stunning 16″ by 16″ plants are in 6″ pots, and available in red or white for just $12 each. Please fill out an order form at the Hastings Elementary office (cheques should be made out to Hastings PAC), or email info@hastingspac.ca to place your order. (Please specify # of plants and colour, and we’ll confirm your order after receiving your accompanying e-transfer.)

Don’t delay, the deadline is Dec 12th and these beauties often sell out. We’ll see you at pickup Dec 14th at the undercover area, either between 2:30-4 pm, or at the Winter Warm Up starting at 5!

Hastings Potluck – just 1 week away!

You are invited to the annual Hastings Community Potluck Tues. Nov. 28 from 6-8 pm.

Please bring a meal –either homemade or store bought — that shares something about your heritage. Please have it at the gym by 5:45 pm. Don’t forget to label your dish with your name and the ingredients. Please also bring a serving spoon for your dish, as well as plates, cutlery, and reusable water bottles for you and your family.

There will be a quiet room and a COVID-safer room for people who feel more comfortable in less busy spaces.
